There are many different ways to lose weight. I prefer to use swimming for weight loss. I find that it is the easiest way for me to lose pounds and to stay healthy. It is also something I really enjoy doing.
When I was 13 I started gaining quite a bit of weight. I ate more sweets and was not able to stay skinny like I had in the past. My metabolism caught up with me.
When I turned 14 I decided to join my high school swim team. I had a few friends who were doing it and it looked like a lot of fun. I had practice in the mornings before school.
Although it was hard to get out of bed each morning, using swimming for weight loss before school was a great idea. We were in the water for a little over an hour and I would always feel so good after I got done with my workout.
The great thing about swimming everyday is that the weight I had gained came right off. I didn’t have to worry about what I ate anymore. As long as I kept swimming I didn’t have to worry about it.
I was on the school swim team for four years. I wasn’t the fastest swimmer but I really enjoyed it. I had to give it up when I left for college.
It is now years later and I need to use swimming for weight loss again. I have had three children and it is hard to find time to work out with them. Since my time is limited I think swimming will be the way to go.
They are opening up a new gym down the street. I plan to join it. I will the start swimming five days a week just like I used to do.
I know it will take time to get back into it. It has been a while since I have swam everyday. I think I should be able to remember just how to do it.
I know if I can get back into swimming I will start to lose weight again. Swimming is perfect for weight loss. It will make it so that I don’t have to worry about what I am eating.
Ever since I stopped swimming in high school I have had trouble with being at the weight I want to be at. I have tried different diets and nothing has worked very well. I am hoping that by swimming again I will be able to have the body that I want.
Not a lot of people I know like to swim for exercise. Most of them like to run. I have never been a runner and have always felt more comfortable in the water.
I am hoping that my husband will want to come swim with me. I think it would be great to be able to do it together. I think we could make it a lot of fun that way.
